Check-in is any time after 3:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am.
Weeks run from Saturday to Saturday.
One week................................$1500.00 plus taxes.
One month...............................$5000.00 plus taxes, discount already applied.
Thanksgiving weekend (3 days)..............$900.00 plus taxes
Labor Day weekend (3 days).................$900.00 plus taxes OFF SEASON.....Jan. Feb. March, April, May, June, Sept. Oct. Nov. Dec.
In the off season we offer Owl's Nest on a weekend basis as well from Friday to Sunday.
Check-in is any time after 3:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am.Off season weekend rates.....$500, each additional day....$150.00
Off season weekly rates remain the same at $1500.00Christmas week, Dec. 23-29.....$2000
New Years (3 days) Dec 30-Jan 1..........$1400.00
Will be available for the week of Christmas, Completly decked out for Christmas, you only need to bring your gifts and food. Check-in Dec. 23, Check-out Dec 30, Rate $2000.00
Who cleans the cottage?
Cottage cleaning is not included with the rental. It is the responsibility of the renter(s) to ensure the property is left clean and tidy for the next guests arrival. Cleaning supplies are provided for you. The house must be left in the condition in which it was found. All garbage must be disposed of as set out in the Departure list for the property. Deductions from your damage deposit result if this cleaning policy is not adhered to.
No loud parties or noise after 10:30 pm.
