Rates are in Canadian funds. A deposit of 50% of the total amount is due upon booking, payable by cheque, cash or visa. Final payment due on arrival plus a $300 damage/security deposit. The $300 damage/security deposit will be taken from your visa and deposited back on your visa the day after your departure. If paid by check the final cheque must be certified. If you book our home less than 3 weeks before time of arrival, the entire amount is immediately payable in cash, visa or certified cheque.
Check-in any time after 3:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am.
Weeks run from Saturday to Saturday.
One week................................$1600.00 plus taxes.
One month...............................$5500.00 plus taxes, discount already applied.
10 percent discount for three or more weeks.
Thanksgiving weekend (3 days)..............$1200.00 plus taxes
Labor Day weekend (3 days).................$1200.00 plus taxes
All decked out for Christmas! Book early!!!
Christmas week, Dec. 23-30.....$2500New Years (3 days) Dec 30-Jan 1..........$1500.00
Will be available for the week of Christmas, Completly decked out for Christmas, you only need to bring your gifts and food. Check-in Friday Dec. 23, Check-out Friday Dec 30, Rate $2500.00
Who cleans the cottage?
Cottage cleaning is not included with the rental. It is the responsibility of the renter(s) to ensure the property is left clean and tidy. Cleaning supplies are provided for you. The house must be left in the condition in which it was found. All garbage must be disposed of as set out in the Departure list for the property. Deductions from your damage deposit will result if this cleaning policy is not adhered to. We do have a cleaning lady that will do this for you if she is available. Her fee is $65.00, she will look after everything and also lock up for you if you wish. She must be booked in advance. Please let me know so that I may book her for you.
No loud parties or noise after 10:30 pm.
